Emily Irving | Co-Founder & CEO

Emily Irving is CEO of Ask and co-creator of the Ask Approach. Since 2021, she has played a central role in developing the ideas, launch, and offerings of the book Ask: Tap Into the Hidden Wisdom of People Around You. A former researcher at Harvard Business School, Emily brings a blend of intellectual rigor and deep curiosity to everything she does. She is responsible for growing the impact of Ask in the world—including building partnerships, leading strategy, overseeing implementation, and shaping Ask’s evolution as it scales.
