After a highly motivating introduction to the need for the Ask Approach and an engaging overview of the core concepts, the bulk of the workshop is spent in breakout groups (of 5-8 people each), working individual cases that participants prepare in advance. These cases use concrete examples of the most consequential challenges that each participant faces, making the workshop highly relevant and engaging. Participants solidify what they’ve learned through active role plays, feedback, and reflection. (The methodology for this workshop is illustrated in detail in Chapter 8 of Ask.) 

Participants leave not only with greater levels of self awareness and motivation but also with concrete, practiced skills, methods, and next steps to continue growing their capabilities. This program can be run with intact teams or heterogeneous groups. 

There is an option for participants to have follow-on sessions of this Masterclass to form Mastermind groups that meet on a periodic basis, to reinforce and deepen their capabilities.
