The Ask Workshop: Tap Into the Hidden Wisdom of People Around You

Summary: This experience is designed for teams and organizations who want to start building their Ask skillset. The interactive seminar motivates leaders and team members to want to unlock the hidden wisdom all around them, empowers them to use the Ask Approach to do so, and begins to equip them with the concrete skills and strategies they need. 

This interactive experience offers participants an engaging combination of education and application in the Ask Approach. Participants will walk away with a clear understanding of the full Ask Approach framework, as well as concrete tactics they can immediately apply to their own work and lives. The seminar centers on a customized case study through which participants explore what stays unspoken and practice using the Ask Approach to access that hidden information, unblock conflict, and generate better solutions. 

Host organizations have the option for an overview of all five steps of the Ask Approach, including a practical takeaway for each, or a dive deep on one or steps (depending on workshop length). This seminar combines visual presentations of the research and core frameworks, with hands-on exercises that make the concepts real. 

The Seminar includes the Ask Practice Workbook as a leave-behind for people to continue growing their skills in the Ask Approach.
