The Unspokens

The Unspokens refer to the thoughts, feelings, and information held by the people around you that never make it into the open. When those things stay unspoken, we pay for it — in speed, execution, alignment, trust, retention, and results. Leaders make decisions without the full picture, teams lose momentum, and the most valuable intelligence in the room walks out the door unshared. There are four especially valuable types of insight we often don't find out from others: Silent Struggles, Real Reasons, Full Feedback, and Buried Brilliance. Surfacing these is where better decisions, stronger relationships, and real innovation begin.
